Practice Manager
Jonathan Hernandez
I'm thrilled to take on the role of Practice Manager, overseeing daily operations at the primary care clinic. Boasting 25 years of experience in medical device development and manufacturing as a Professional Engineer, I'm well-prepared to ensure the clinic's growth and seamless functionality. My focus lies in formulating effective marketing strategies, optimizing patient acquisition and retention methods. I excel in supervising day-to-day activities, streamlining workflows, and maintaining regulatory compliance. My community engagement initiatives will strengthen local relationships. My background as a Professional Engineer underscores my expertise. I'm committed to enhancing patient care and elevating the clinic's standing. I eagerly look forward to collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional service.

Clinic Nurse
Brittany Williams
I'm pleased to introduce myself as the new Clinical Nurse at Cardona Direct Primary Care Clinic. I started my career as a National Certified Medical Assistant and fell in love with helping others; especially in their time of medical need. I wanted to learn more skills to better serve patients, so I went back to school to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. I have worked in a variety of settings including multi-specialty clinics, medical-surgical units, dialysis centers, rehabilitation facilities, long-term care, ICUs, and more. In addition to patient care, I enjoy using my experience to educate future healthcare professionals. I've had the pleasure of instructing Medical Assistant and Patient Care Technician programs to help develop the next generation of nursing staff. This diverse background has given me a holistic understanding of healthcare across different patient populations and age groups, and
I am excited to bring my passion and knowledge to Cardona Direct Primary Care as we work to provide the best possible care to our patients.
