At Cardona Direct Primary Care, our mission has always been to provide personalized, unrushed, and accessible care with clear, transparent pricing.

Beginning January 2026, our Couple and Family membership rates will be updated to better reflect the high level of care and access we provide.
What’s Changing?

Individual Membership: $109/month (no change)

Couple Membership: $189/month (currently $159)

Family Membership (2 adults + 1 child): $249/month (currently $209)

College Student Membership: $60/month (no change)

Military discount still applies

This adjustment ensures we can continue to provide:
